HOLIDAY COLLECTION AND CLOSURES
Memorial Day - Holiday Week of May 29
Juneteenth - Holiday Week of June 19

Garbage, recycling, and yard waste collection for all households will move one day later these weeks. The Citizen’s Convenience Center will be closed in observance of these holidays on both May 29 and June 19. View or print your collection schedule using Cary Collects at carync.gov/collects

DISPOSAL DO's

Cardboard:
Flatten and cut to fit in your recycling cart. Remove tape and other packaging such as air pillows and foam. Can't fit it all? To request free excess cardboard collection, dial 311 inside Town limits or (919) 469-4000 outside Cary, or online at services.carync.gov

Yard Waste:
As yard work ramps up, the Citizen's Convenience Center is ready to accept your yard waste! Remove and dispose all trash from your yard waste before dumping. Search more items for disposal options using the Waste Wizard feature in Cary Collects at carync.gov/collects

GRASSCYCLING
Grass clippings have great nutrients for your lawn, not our waterways. Let them lay where they fall, and never blow them down the storm drain where they can clog a pipe leading to the nearby creek or harm aquatic life by overloading nutrients in the waterways. For more information, visit carync.gov/stormwater

WATERING AND PEST MANAGEMENT TREE TALK
June 13, noon-12:45 p.m. | Virtual
